Eligibility for Refunds/Returns:

If you have purchased a pre-sale copy of The Jar of Dreams by mistake, or if you no longer wish to purchase a pre-sale copy of The Jar of Dreams, I will happily provide you with a full refund.

To request a refund, please get in touch with me via email, and I will organise for the refund within 30 working days.

If Your Refund is not Showing in your Bank Account after 30 Working Days.

Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
